The person in charge voluntarily discarded the TCS foods as they had been prepared at or around 9:00am today and will place a service call to have the cold holding unit serviced. There is sufficient refrigeration to hold foods in the kitchen area with the top loading unit not being used. Hold cold TCS foods at 41F and below.
