    Inspector note: Remove the three visiblt compromised gallons of cleansers mounted on the interier walls of the mop sink - either replace with clean and approved cleansers or remove for good - if chemicals are to be mounted back inside the mop sink ensure they are clean with new plastic dispensing hoses where cleansers can easily flow through - keep all " in use mops and soiled brooms either kept inside the mop sink or mounter a minimum of six inches above the floors to reduce potential rodent issues and so all areas of the floors are being cleaned

    Inspector note: There is a large open area in the wall on the right side of the storage room - visible dirt dust and debris is present - no barrier of any kind set in place - this afrea needs some form of a barrier to hinder potential dirt dust and debris from entering the open areas leading towards the kitchen dressing room areas and dry goods -Address as discussed during inspection - Barrier above the ice machine is too short and needs to be extended past the area where the ice scoop is mounted on the wall - Address
