Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: Evidence of rodent activity with what appears to be rat droppings observed throughout the dining area on shelving and floors in kitchen and dish room on floors in basement prep area in stairwell leaking to basement on shelves under prep counters and buffet line. Live rat observed on glue trap in closet off basement prep area. Recent pest reports from Discreet mention live sightings and sanitary concerns not being addressed. Clean and sanitize all affected areas. Provide an updated pest control report upon re inspection. Contact pest control for an emergency service and send report to isdhealth@boston.gov at once.

Increase pest control visits as necessary until situation is brought under control.
