-
Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: Outside the back door at the trash area I noticed the mesh that covers the vent was torn. (photo taken). Noticed a void on the side of the building. (photo taken) and grease running down the side of the building coming out of another vent. Clean the outside wall to remove the grease please have the exterminator look at the vent with the mesh missing and the void above the door to the left hand side to ensure this is not an entry point. Also inside I noticed a hole in the ceiling over the stairway but was unable to get a closer look. (photo taken) Please have exterminator look at this to ensure it is not an entry point. Please consult with a licensed pest control/extermination company and obtain a detailed report confirming that there are no pest captures no signs of activity and no sanitation concerns. All identified or potential entry points and structural voids must be properly treated and sealed prior to the next inspection. Pest control service frequency should be increased as needed until the issue has been fully resolved and verified.
