    Inspector note: Evidence of live roach activity observed at the time of the re-inspection. Pest control reports were up to date at the time of re-inpection form 9/2/2022. Pest control was scheduled for 9/7/2022 for a follow up visit. Reports should be provided at the time of the next visit from the City of Boston Health Department. It was recommended at the time of the inspection to remove the kick plates in order to properly monitor any type of activity.
