  Inspector note: At this time the establishment is being inspected/treated every three days by ECOLAB. According to the last IPM report the establishment have made great improvement in cleanliness. Work has begin and will continue to address some stuctural issues in the building regarding rodents point of entrance/harborage. Performed all required work.

  Inspector note: Large amount of rodent-like droppings at the shelves under snack/food storage area (retail space) and througout the establishment floors. Last Ecolab (pest company) on 05/04/22 IPM states that several patching and repair/construction work must be performed and several cleaning areas pointed out. Follow up with all of them and provide evidence of work being scheduled/performed as described. Unclear at this point how often Ecolab treats the establishment. Provide more frequent service ( possibly weekly).

Provide a current Site Cleanliness License by ISD-Enviromental Services.
