Inspector note: At the time of the re-inspection (7/21/2025) the 3 door freezer was not maintaining the ice cream completely solid. Technician had been on site to make all necessary repairs. All other foods inside of the 3 door freezer were solid. Ice cream did not appear to have any freezer burn upon visual inspection. If unit is unable to maintain all foods frozen then foods are to be removed and VOluntarily discarded.
