Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: Evidence of mice activity with what appears to be several mice droppings along coving at base of walls in basement behind equipment. Clean and sanitize all affected areas. Provide an updated IPM pest control report upon re inspection. The report must identify voids where rodents are entering and remedies to prevent. Provide pest treatments above all ceiling fixtures. Reinspection 7/28/26 Pest report states "grease and moisture in kitchen". Address all open conditions. Provide an updated Integrated Pest Management pest control report upon re-inspection. The pest control report must be post dated after today’s inspection. Ensure that the pest control report states there are no captures no evidence all structural voids have been treated and sealed with all exclusionary work has been completed and sanitation in the establishment is acceptable.. Literature explaining IPM has been provided to the PIC by email.

Provide proffesional pest treatment for flies and provide updated extermination report upon re inspection post dated after today's visit.
