PIC states all ware washing will continue to be done at sister location at the other end of plaza. Reviewed the process of how equipment is being transported soiled on a cart and transported back covered to prevent contamination. PIC asked for 2 weeks to have repairs completed. Water leaking from underneath High temp dishwasher. Repair or Replace
