  Inspector note: Low temp dish machine not operating. Approval given to establishment to transport soiled equipment to other location on opposite side of platform for proper cleaning. Pic will transport all clean equipment back to location covered properly on drying rack. Per pic the machine is waiting to be connected by a licensed plumber and should be completed by 2.7.23. Reinspection date given for 2.9.23. Give update of completion of work and provide documentation by plumber of the repairs by email to shemica.debnam@boston.gov.
