    Inspector note: PIC will need to clean up around the dumpster in the back of the building. Also the weeds coming out from the foundation will need to be cut. We got a complaint for roaches coming out the crack of the sidewalk and the foundation of the building. 8-25-25 PIC will need to clean up weeds and fill any holes found along the foundation on sidewalk and along the brick wall to the dumpster.

    Inspector note: PIC will need to have the floor tiles in the retail area and back room by the restroom fixed. Some broken and loose and some missing. 8-25-25 Floor tiles in back room that are broken will need to be replaced.
