Sewage and Waste WaterInspector note: Based upon the Boston Water and Sewer Commision Inspectors findings (Melvin Holley there is an active water/sewage leak in the basement of Fan Fan Bakery. Establishments permits has been suspended due to the active water and sewage leak. Documentation is to be provided on all repairs made at this particular location to the Health Department.

Insects Rodents AnimalsInspector note: Evidence of live cockroach activity and what appears to be rodent droppings on the floor leading to the basement area. Access was granted from the owner (Nadine Walkes) of the establishment to visually check the basement area. Provide a detailed IPM report for the re-inspection.

Storage shelves in the main kitchen not made of a cleanable durable smooth material. Address. Storage shelves throughout kitchen area visibly soiled. Clean to remove. Basement of establishment is heavily soiled with excess debris and extremely odorous. Address and make all necessary repairs provide all documentation on repairs and completely clean and sanitize area.
