Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (C)Inspector note: Gasket around the door of the outside freezer is damaged and not closing properly. Address and replace gasket. Flip top cooler with an elevated temperature of 58F. Discontinue use unless th eunit is able to maintain a temperature of below 41F. Foods inside of the unit to be removed and placed into the walk-in cooler if the unit doen not come down below 41F.
