  Inspector note: Heavy evidence of rat droppings around rear of establishment and around trash barrels. Multiple burrows located on the hill outside the fenced area. PIC states he has contacted Boston Parks and recreation and spoke w/ Beth A. regarding the issue. *Provide a detailed IPM report from Waltham pest company. Email confirmation of scheduled inspection asap. Assure affected areas are treated and cleaned and disinfected to assist with pest control.
