Inspector note: PIC will need to review with staff not to block hand sink. In basement found food on table being preped but hand sink had a small cookie sheet in the sink.

Inspector note: Both hand sinks did not have soap. PIC did fill up holder in kitchen but I did not see a holder for basement prep.

Inspector note: No paper towels at basement hand sink. In kitchen paper towels are to the left of the sink. This should be moved closer to the hand sink so water is not dripping on equipment or food below the holder.

Controlling Pests (Pf)

Inspector note: PIC will need to do a deep cleaning. I found some gaps in walls and on top step. The small room off the rest room had droppings. Two doors in basement prep room provide a gap for mice to get under. Please send me the last few reports to review. I would recommend you have pest control come out a few days a week until this problem is address.

Inspector note: I found bulk food containers with out lables coffee cups with what I think was brown sugar in kitchen small containers with out lables also. Please be sure all containers have labels.

Inspector note: PIC will need to clean the floor under and behind cooking equipment in kitchen and under all equipment and shelves in basement prep kitchen. Floor has some grime build up and old rodent droppings. Small room off the bathroom had droppings. Please clean and have pest control come out more than what is taken place now to address.
