Observed oily/water substance around the ground drain near the storage container. Ensure staff is not dumping grease or mop water down the drain. Observed no lid on the dumpster and a full recycle bin. Provide lid for the dumpster and ensure that it is closed. Break down boxes in the recyle bin and ensure that the lid is closed.
