  Inspector note: No evidence at today's inspection. PIC provided the last 2 pest reports 5/21 and 5/22. Activity is noted on reports. The PIC walked around with the exterminator and found the root of the problem. They are taking steps to remedy the isssue. Continue with the exterminor and closely monitor and clean any droppings. Please send over pest reports after every inspection. The reports must confirm that there are no pest captures no signs of activity and no sanitation concerns. All identified or potential entry points and structural voids must be properly treated and sealed prior to the next inspection. Pest control service frequency should be increased as needed until the issue has been fully resolved and verified. Provide door sweep to front door to ensure no daylight come through the middle of the door.
