  Inspector note: PIC will need to repair the hot water fauset on the hand sink at the front counter. The rest room has hot water but the sink at the front counter was not working. PIC is working with a plumber to get a unit for this sink to heat up the water. Until repaired PIC will not sell slush. 8-6-24 Part is on hand at this tme. The plumber has not been able to install the system. Location does not have a hot water heater this machine is what will heat the water. PIC will need to have the hand sink at the front counter working with hot water. Until that time do not sell any slush.
