Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: Rodent hole under dish machine where rodents appeared to have chewed through spray foam. Mice droppings visible behind ice & coffee machines on floors near rear hallway next to HVAC vent on floor near warewashing area. Clean and sanitize all affected areas. Provide updated IPM pest control report upon re inspection. Letter grade guidance has been provided with ISD Health managment copied. Receiving door needs a pest proof door sweep installed. There is a gap at bottom of door.
