  Inspector note: I discussed with the PIC that the most recent vanilla ice cream(soft serve) lab report was not in compliance. PIC instructed to discontinue serving the implicated item. Clean/sanitize the machine have item re-tested forward results to the Health Department for review. PIC stating that the machine is cleaned weekly Upon re-inspection the PIC could not produce a current lab test I spoke to Beth at the corporate office.She stated that the test has not been completed. PIC on site stating that the machine has been operating Machine is to be placed out of service & remain shut down until a proper lab test has been submitted and reviewed by ISD Health
