Inspector note: I discussed with the PIC that the vanilla soft serve and Yogurt X are not in compliance with bacterial counts on the most recent lab reports PIC instructed to discontinue serving the implicated items. Per the PIC the machines were fully sanitized and gaskets were changed on 09/11/23 Per the PIC new lab testing was conducted. Send updated results to the Health Department for review. Per the PIC the the machines are cleaned weekly
