No sanitizer was set up and not being used. I spoke to owner on the phone and he will review with staff and rewash equipment. Staff will not wash anymore equipment until training is done.

PIC will be sure all equipment is working properly and stocked so staff can work safely. Provide vomit kit measuring equipment for dishwasher and signage that was discussed at last inspection.
