Inspector note: The employees are saying they ordered sanitizer and it will arrive on Thursday in the meantime they are just washingthe equipment with soap and hot water. This is not how equipment is supposed to be washed rinsed sanitized and air dryed. Make sure that the equipment is being properly cleaned and sanitized. (I instructed the employees to send all equipment to the Saugus wholesale location to clean and sanitize equipment until they can set up the sink a this location)
