    Inspector note: 2/17/2022. At the time of the re-inspection the establishment was closed due to a small stove top fire that had been self reported to the City of Boston Health Department. There were no visible signs of any smoke or fire damage observed. At the tine of the re-inspection there were however smoke odours int the entrance of the establishment and the main kitchen area's. BFD/BPD had both responded to the fire and had left written reports with the owner that were provided to the Health Department. Owner is to completely clean sanitize and deodorize all effected area's prior to re-opening. Once completed Owner shall contact the City of Boston Health Department to have a re-inspection conducted. • Basement storage shelves visibly soiled and with food spills. Clean to remove.

    Inspector note: Basement storage rooms with clutter and debris. Clutter and debris had begun to be removed but more needed to be done at the time the re-inspection was conducted. Address and clean to remove any unecessary debris and clutter to help minimize any rodent activity.
