  Inspector note: Hood on cook line expired in March 2014. Have inspected and cleaned. Hood could not be cleaned due to a hole in the back of the hood against wall. Filters have been cleaned by PIC. PIC/owner has paid and has a new hood and will pull permit to install. BFD has been informed of the repaires needed. Paperwork was supplied by PIC and will be attached to permit number.
