Cooling Heating and Holding Capacities-Equipment (Pf)Inspector note: Walk in 65F has been out of temperature for undetermined amount of time due to loss of power. TCS foods have been voluntarily disposed of due to being out of temperature for an undetermined amount of time. A disposal order has been filled out. Ensure walk in is operating properly at 41F or below when power is restored. Please email service reports verifying walk in temperaure by refrigeration company.

(A) Ceasing Operations and Reporting (Pf)Inspector note: Power was cut due to a fire in the press box. The Legends kitchen was not affected by the fire or water damage but does not have power. A generator is currently providing power to a freezer ( all food is frozen solid ) and was hooked up immediately. The walk in refrigerator does not currently have power and is operating at 65F. It is unclear when power will be restored / Discussed proper protocol for any future events in which an imminent health hazard might occur. The health deparment shall be notified ASAP by the PIC.
