Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: Evidence of mice droppings on the floor located in the right hand corner of the store along the windowsill inside the chip cardboard boxes on the dog food shelving evidence of open dog food bags. Spoke to the owner Alan on the phone and he stated he would email over the most recent extermination report. Asked the PIC if they had a basement he stated that they did but the coffin cooler was ontop of the hatch door leading to the basement. At the re inspection I will need access to the basement. All evidence of rodent droppings need to be removed and the floors need to be sanitized and cleaned. Contact a licensed exterminator and provide a detail IPM report.

Prohibiting Animals (Pf)Inspector note: Observed a cat litterbox and cat food inside the store. Remove the cat and all evidence of the cats belongings.

Food Storage-Preventing Contamination from the Premises (C)Inspector note: Observed multiple boxes being stored on the floor and under the shelvings. Provide proper storage at least 6 inches off the floor. Observed chips being stored in cardboard boxes. Remove all cardboard boxes.

Nonfood Contact Surfaces (C)Inspector note: Observed cat food and debris inside the mop sink. Clean and sanitize mop sink. Observed heavy soil inside all the refrigeration units. Clean and sanitize inside all refrigeration units. Observed heavy soil on the outside of the refrigeration glass doors. Clean glass to remove soil.

Floors Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability (C)Inspector note: Observed trash and debris on the floor and under the shelving throughout the store. Sweep to remove trash/ debris and sanitize floors. Observed cat throw up on the floor. Clean to remove. Observed clutter under the 3 bay sink area. Clean and organize.
