Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: Observed rodent dropping on the shelving floor and inside the boxes where the snacks are being stored. Clean to remove all new and old droppings. PIC was able to provide a pest report from 10/10/25 and did not provide prior or the updated report. Please send over the prior pest report. The pest report that was provided states that you are on a monthly services. Recommend more frequent inspections. Contact the licensed company and provide a detailed IPM report prior to the next inspection. Report needs to be free and clean of rodent activity and catches.
