Proved a pest control report from the past and an up to date one from after you cleaned. 7-12-23 Please also address fruit flies in restroom. • PIC need to monitor repairs and cleaning of location. Provide pest control reports past and presesnt at re-inspection. 7-28-23 PIC emailed pest control reports but no information other than a bill. Please provide reports for location and have them address dropping found in back by the door and on shelves at front counter.
