Replace all stained and out of place ceiling tiles on ceiling throughout basement. Provide shields for all light fixtures on basement ceiling. Repair door to walk in cooler int he basement. Door frame hass loosened from cooler frame. Clean wall behind dish table and repair wall where needed. Reseal pipes next to the 2 compartment sink. Remove flaking paint.
