Removing Dead or Trapped Birds Insects Rodents and other Pest (C)Inspector note: Cockroach were observed in the glue trap located in the basement.clean to remove /Provide detail pest report to Keila.depina@boston.gov 1/20/2026 No Evidence of any activity .Per PIC Pest Control Canceled the scheduled service and is expected to be on site later today. submit detailed IPM report from a licensed exterminator with no catch and no activity. 2.4.2026 Small evidence of mice dropping was observed on the floor near the cashier station . Fox Pest control service was on site 2/3/2026 Documented noticed multiple access points allowing entry into the unit. Mouse droppings were also found in multiple locations. In regard to sanitation things looked clean. Additonal Pest control Service is required.
