    Inspector note: Ensure there is a person in charge [ PIC ] available at all times of operation overseeing the outdoor dining beverage cart set up containing glassware plates cups open water vases as well as individual utensils and such once these carts are set up placed in position - the area has pedestrians walking by the area constantly as well as birds flying about -the elements are also an issue [ wind and dusty streets ] that can easily contaminate anything that is preset outside in these carts
