    Inspector note: Damaged wall board behind employee cafe dish washer. Repair . Replace with smooth durable non porous easily cleanable materials. PIC to email quotes workorders and timeframes of completetion for wall repairs that will be extensive as dishwasher and fixtures will have to be removed to access damaged wall materials. Ceiling tiles above food preparation areas have been replaced with vinyl faced cleanable tiles.
