  Inspector note: PIC will need to clean the hood filters on cooking line. Hood sticker on cooking line will expire on Dec 31 2024. Please have hoods cleaned and sticker put on hood over oven. 1-2-25 Due to the holidays the hood cleaning company was not able to come out and clean the hood. the filters have been cleaned and the hood should be cleaned on the 3rd.
