  Inspector note: Establishment currently remodeling dish room and in process of installing new high temperature conveyor dish machine. PIC Joan Shea provided cut sheet for new unit in process of being installed. Eat street cafe is using all disposable single use articles until dishwasher is installed. All reusable’s are being wash rinsed sanitized in Ellison high temperature dish machine. Submit all relative plans for remodeling of dish room and timeframe of completion to health division as soon as possible. Notify health division of any remodels and time fram of completion submit all proper plan reviews to health division.
