Cold HoldingcriticalInspector note: Chicken fingers and sliced ham inside of the single door cooler with elevated temperatures of 50F. It was found that the unit was operating properly but the power had been switched off accidentily. All foods out of temperature were removed at the time of the inspection. All temperature logs were up to date at the time of the inspection and the foods inside of the unit were logged at 38F. Ensure all potentially hazardous are maintained at below 41F.

Non-Food Contact SurfacesInspector note: Compressor of the walk-in freezer was not oeprating properly as stated by management. New compressor was on site at the time of the inspection and waiting on installation. All foods were at the right temperature or solid at the time of the inspection.
