  Inspector note: Establishment had a fire in the exhaust system and Boston Fire Department responded putting out the fire. Ceiling is heavily damaged and there is broken glass from front doors and windows and water on the floor. Fire and smoke damage throughout the establishment. Any foods exposed or subject to temperature abuse need to be discarded. Action Emergency Management was on site to secure the building. Schedule crusher truck and ISD Health Inspector for disposal of foods.
