Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: In the basement along the back wall window ledge observed a live rodent on a glue trap a deceased rodent inside a bait box inside of the electrical closet on the floor observed a deceased rodent observed gnawed insulation on tops of surfaces where below where there are holes in the basement ceilings a pest control report from 6-25-2026 states that there was no activity and no evidence. The person in charge called their maintenance person to seal the observed holes and called Ecolab to perform an emergency service at the restaurant who is normally at the restaurant once a week for service. After your pest control operator peforms their service provide the IPM report seal any gaps holes or entry points and dispose of the captured or deceased rodents.
