  Inspector note: Hood filters on cooking line soiled with grease build up. Please clean. Hood sticker on hood did not have a cleaning date or reture visit date marked. Call to have hood sticker replaced. If hood needs to be cleaned have it cleaned. 2-21-23 PIC has the hood cleaning company coming out on Tuesday 2-28-23. Please send me a picture of the new sticker and the paperwork/bill from the cleaning company.
