    Inspector note: The ceiling above the refrigeration unit containing pizza toppings is water damaged. The water damaged ceiling areas must be replaced and the source of the water damage repaired. • The establishment was closed during the inspection. However the Health Division was able to observe a collapsed ceiling within the food preparation area. Building occupants report that there was a significant leak over the weekend that contributed to the collapse. The ceiling should be repaired and the surfaces cleaned and sanitized before the establishment can reopen.
