Foods left out at room temperaure were removed at the time of the inspection and placed back under refrigeration. Fresh baby sprouts being left oout at room temperature (58F). Discontinue and enssure all TCS foods are being maintained at below 41F. Sprouts were placed back under refrigeration at the time of the inspection.
