Outer Openings Protected (C)Inspector note: Rodent burrows in basement partially sealed with concrete still mostly dirt floor in basement rear door sweep with voids. Treat and seal with pest proof materials. Establishment has removed all items from basement and is no longer in use. 'Rodent runway" noted on pest report dated same day from ladybug around utility pipes entering from basement serves as an access point sevum marks under HVAC unit and around pipes where they enter through the kitchen floor. Smoke test with BWSC has been scheduled for week after Thankgiving holiday
