Buildings and Elecrtical have officially closed the establishment until further notice.

Large Vents in the clothing area with visible dust. Clean to remove.

Several area's in the retail portion of the store with a what appears to be water stains. Address and repair. Owner is to provide documentation on any repairs that need to made and a time frame in which they will be complete. At the time of the re-inspection there were active leaks in the ceiling near the electronics and over other portions of the retail part of the store.
