Location AccessiblecriticalInspector note: Avoid storing trash in front of the hand sink. The hand sink should be readily accessible. Staff were observed to easily access the sink from above the trash. However the aprons were observed to contact the sides of the trash bin while hand washing.

Food ProtectionInspector note: The two cleaning brushes at the three-basin sink should be replaced. Bristles to one of the brushes were worn and may be the source of the physical contamination identified during the complaint. The ownership stated that the brushes would be replaced.
