Use of liquid nitrogen not submitted for reviewe with ISD Inspectional Service Please provide specific details on how the intended usec will be what food and beverage will it be for. How product will be handled by staff? Is is use at table side? What precautions will be in place for both the customer and staff. *** Not approve for use until plan is submitted review and assessment by the Health Division and on site by ISD Inspector. Upon re-inspection BFD Captain Hardiman was on site and provided BFD approval for Dippin dots ice cream only ISD Health is requesting the SOP's(standard operating procedures) & all necessary recipes be forwarded to the Health department for review.
