System Maintained in Good Repair (C)Inspector note: Pipe coming out of the basement wall with some excess moisture at the time of the re-inspection. Address and make any necessary repairs. Landlord of the establishment and plumber have been notified. Plumber has been scheduled to be on site later in the day on 10/8/2021. I was unable to visibly verify a leak at this time. Plumber is to make and assesment and repair any issues upon the site visit.

Unit was operating properly at the time of the inspection.
