    Inspector note: Evidence of rodent activity in the mop room soda room and behind the counter (where the knives are stored. . Clean to remove rodent droppings. PIC showed me the recent pest control report. Staff member swept the floor to remove debris while I was conducting the re inspection.

    Inspector note: Observed debris and soil on the floor and shelving inside the walk in freezer unit on the floor in the mop sink area soda room behind the counter where the knives are stored. Clean floors to remove debris and soil and to prevent rodent activity. Ensure that you get under shelving counters and in the corners. Photos taken. Staff swept the floor while I was conducting the inspection. Floor needs to be cleaned with floor cleaner as well as swept to remove heavily soil and debris.
