Inspector note: Sliced deli meats and tuna with elevated temperatures between 55-59F. All other food products inside of the 2 door deli cooler were at 39F. PIC observed that the unit had been unplugged possibly causing the elevated temperature. Ensure unit is being checked on a regular basis to maintain a temperature below 41F. PIC removed all foods out of temperature and placed them into the walk-in refrigerator.
