Clean the interior and exterior of the front windows door and the sneeze guard in front of the pizza area. All the glass in the establishment.

Observed soiled floor inside the walk in refrigeration unit behind the fryolator. Clean sanitize and degrease floors. Observed a few holes in the ceiling down stairs. Repair holes.
