    Inspector note: Observed soiled walls behind the 3 bay sink. Clean and sanitize the walls in the kitchen area to remove the soil. Observed soiled/grease on the floor and a broken floor tile next to the fryolator. Repair tile and degrease the floor. Observed food debris inside the stand up freezer next to the fryolators. Defrost and clean the inside of the freezer. Observed debris on the ground under where the leak is in the basement. Clean to remove debris.
